The Upsara Spa is required under the Massage Establishments Act 2017 (Act 45) to collect the following particulars from all visiting guests. All guests are required to furnish:

• Full Name
• Identity Card / Passport Number
• Nationality
• Date and Time of Arrival and Departure
• Contact Number

All personal information is kept strictly confidential and will only be shared with relevant authorities upon formal request.
